Our different printing processes

UV printing

​​Latest generation printing technique.

• Adapted to our products: highly resilient to folds.
• Best visual render: warm & intense colours, high definition.
• Unlimited possibilities: several layers, shading, and especially colours printing on coloured tarpaulin.

Digital printing

The partial or full printing of a tarpaulin is equivalent to an ink-jet printer.

• Allows to work on pictures or logos with multiple colours.
• Advice: avoid wide surface unique colour printing (“banding” phenomenon due to the printheads).

Sublimation printing

The ink is laid then absorbed by the lining (heated to 200°C). Thanks to the heat, the ink penetrates the fabric.

• High quality printing.
• Warm and intense colour with a high resilience through years.
• Highly resilient to folds. 

Screen printing

​Creation of one or several 
stencils according to the number of colours. The ink is laid on the lining through the stencil.

• Stencils are conservated and can be used again.
• Well adapted to bulking orders (to soften the stencil’s cost).

Warning: This process is not suitable for single units. ​

Different printing possibilities

Simple gazebo printing

The most visible part of any pop up gazebo is the front valance and we always recommend you show your company, team or product name on this part of the gazebo.
​Simple gazebo printing is best kept to easy to remember wording or perhaps your website address but we can print valances with anything including background colours.

​Partial gazebo printing

Next step up from simple gazebo printing, partial printing allows you to cover more area with your logos etc and give a more striking effect.
​Popular options are - roof peak & valance branding (as in the picture), Roof valance and backwall printing. If you need more than this amount of printing we recommend full gazebo branding as it can be more cost effective.

​Full gazebo printing

Full gazebo printing has become the favourite for designers and brand managers as it allows you to cover the entire gazebo (both inside and outside if required) with your brand or message.
Logos, specific colours, photographs and images all come to life in big sizes with our full gazebo branding options.
