3×6 ZP folding tents for Pivot Cycles: a custom bike booth for sports events

To meet their needs, we designed a set of three 3x6m tents from our ZP range — LPTENT's top-tier model. This large-scale setup provides 54m² of fully usable covered space, ideal for showcasing bikes, hosting visitors, or promoting the brand.

The Premium PVC380 of LPTENT, printed in high definition, faithfully reflects Pivot's visual identity. A 50cm top valance ensures optimal visibility, even from a distance. The setup is enhanced with a custom feather flag, full-print solid walls, and a tailor-made interior layout: tension bars allow for the installation of functional and stylish bike racks.

​A bike booth designed for professionals

After an initial setup in the showroom for quality control and adjustments, the entire booth was rolled out at the Riva Bike Festival—a flagship event in the mountain biking world.
This real-world test validated all technical choices: ease of setup, durability, modularity, and strong visual impact with the attending audience.
Pivot Cycles’ booth stands out not only for its size but also for its ability to tell a compelling visual story.
In the cycling industry, as in other sports sectors, grabbing attention quickly has become essential. This project proves that a well-designed booth is a true mobile branding tool.
